Not gonna lie, I ordered Patchi as a birthday gift and the box looked really classy when it arrived. The chocolates tasted fresh, and the packaging had that premium feel, so it definitely came across like a proper luxury gift.
The only downside is that it’s pricey, and I wish the delivery updates were a bit clearer. Still, I was happy with it overall and would probably buy again for special occasions.

I checked out quickly and didn’t run into any problems. I was half-distracted drinking coffee at the time, but the payment went through smoothly and that was that.

I ordered from patchi and the packaging did look really neat overall. The box itself was clean, fancy, and nothing arrived damaged, which I appreciated. I really like Patchi chocolates and was just trying to order a small gift, but the shipping cost kind of surprised me. It was too high and made the whole total feel not really worth it. I get that delivery isn’t free and all, but for a regular order it just felt like... a lot. I’d probably only order online again if the shipping was cheaper

The refund also took much longer than they said it would, and I had to follow up more than once just to see what was going on. For what they charge, I expected the service to be a lot smoother. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I got this as a gift option it worked out really well!! It’s simple, thoughtful, and easy to give to someone without overthinking it.
